Koncept is moving to a better place

Hope you and your loved ones are feeling fine and life is going back to the old normal.

First of all, we want to start this email by thanking you for being an awesome user of Koncept and all the projects you’ve managed with us, which helped us a lot to make it even better.

Unfortunately we decided to stop the service and June will be the last month of operation for Koncept. New signups will be prevented and you will continue to have access to your existing projects until the end of July.

We have learned a lot during this journey and hope that we helped you make better decisions with the products you’re making. Koncept team will become a part of SpiceFactory to continue to develop the tools for internal UX needs.

It is a sad moment for us, but then again a joyful new adventure awaits. A lot of energy has been put into the product and supporting all of you to be successful, but the market evolved and we did not get to a long term sustainable model for the business to continue to operate like this.

We will continue to improve the processes around UX, help people create better interaction patterns with technology and improve everyday living. We love what we do and will continue doing it just in a different setting. In the future we may be releasing new tools and will be sharing the progress with you. What is the thing with paced roll-out process?

We are in early stage of the product, getting a lot of feedback and implement improvements as we go. We want to assure that everyone gets the best service possible and this allows us to spend enough time on all the tiny details that will benefit you as our user.

Can I get up the list?

If you are a true believer and want to be among the first ones to start using our service drop us a line at support@konceptapp.com. Write us what you are doing and how do you see Koncept helping you.

Why do I need to provide credit card details?

This assures us that you are the right person for our service and that you want to invest yourself in a tool that solves your problem. We are working hard on providing you the best service out there and this way you say to us that you appreciate what we do. However if you are not satisfied you can cancel in 30 days or less and we will refund your money.

Can I try your service before I commit?

Sure. We offer 7–day free trial to test drive our service and you can cancel your subscription any time.

Can I change the language?

For now Koncept is available in English, with Italian and German coming soon. If you would like to see your language feel free to ping us at support@konceptapp.com.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time you want. You will continue to have access to the service until the subscription term ends. E.g. if you had monthly subscription, it will provide you access until 30 days run of from the day you started using the service.

Which payment methods do you accept?

VISA, American Express, MasterCard directly through the website. If you would like to do a wire transfer instead please email us at support@konceptapp.com for details.
